We have provided a £12.1m facility to Stancliffe Homes, who are a family run housebuilder, and have a track record of delivering homes across Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire. They have formed a partnership with Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) for the delivery of a new development in Tansley, Derbyshire.

We structured a peak debt facility to optimise funding efficiency for the borrower, whilst allowing for flexibility to meet the specific project requirements. We are pleased to be working with Stancliffe Homes & HGP, both of which have extensive capabilities in unlocking the value in construction projects.
