25-month development facility to assist with the construction of a purpose-built care home in West Yorkshire.


We have provided a £14.6m development loan to deliver a new, 131-bed purpose-built care home, each with ensuite wet room facilities. The scheme is well located and will provide much needed care facilities in West Yorkshire, including residential, nursing and dementia services.

The accommodation has a target completion date of April 2025.
