We provided a £2.7m ground-up development loan to an experienced property developer building residential homes across the Southwest of England.
This project will deliver four new 4-bedroom houses within a mile of Penzance town centre in a fantastic location with extensive sea views and generous outdoor space.

We provided a senior development finance facility to an established property developer based in the South East.
The project was to demolish and decontaminate an abandoned petrol service station unused for over a decade. In its place our developer constructed an attractive terrace of six affordable, modern, four bedroom, three-storey houses with gardens and allocated parking spaces. The street scene and local environment were greatly improved for the benefit of all local residents.

We provided a senior development finance facility to a local property developer operating in Blackburn and Bolton.
We helped our client to convert a period schoolhouse into eight apartments, retaining the high ceilings to incorporate innovative mezzanine floors. We also funded construction of six new-build homes on the same site, opposite a recently completed residential development also funded by Atelier.
