£4.8m,18-month senior loan was provided to experienced property developers seeking to take advantage of the surge in popularity of period coastal towns. 
The development requires the total refurbishment and modernization of an existing grade II listed building, coupled with the sympathetic design and construction of 13 new townhouses and maisonettes from the ground up.

We provided a senior development finance facility to an established property developer based in the South East.
The project was to demolish and decontaminate an abandoned petrol service station unused for over a decade. In its place our developer constructed an attractive terrace of six affordable, modern, four bedroom, three-storey houses with gardens and allocated parking spaces. The street scene and local environment were greatly improved for the benefit of all local residents.

We provided a senior development finance facility to a local property developer operating in Blackburn and Bolton.
We helped our client to convert a period schoolhouse into eight apartments, retaining the high ceilings to incorporate innovative mezzanine floors. We also funded construction of six new-build homes on the same site, opposite a recently completed residential development also funded by Atelier.
