Having worked hand in hand with our borrowers on the phase one conversion and refurbishment of this scheme, we were pleased to provide a £2m loan over 15-months to fund the development of an additional nine rooftop units. The additional nine units will significantly enhance the scheme and offer additional high spec accommodation and a variety of choice for prospective buyers.

We provided a senior development finance facility to an established property developer based in the South East.
The project was to demolish and decontaminate an abandoned petrol service station unused for over a decade. In its place our developer constructed an attractive terrace of six affordable, modern, four bedroom, three-storey houses with gardens and allocated parking spaces. The street scene and local environment were greatly improved for the benefit of all local residents.

We provided a senior development finance facility to a local property developer operating in Blackburn and Bolton.
We helped our client to convert a period schoolhouse into eight apartments, retaining the high ceilings to incorporate innovative mezzanine floors. We also funded construction of six new-build homes on the same site, opposite a recently completed residential development also funded by Atelier.
