This 18-month facility follows on from the existing bridge loan, which was used to acquire the site.  This conversion will deliver 15 new high-specification apartments to Birmingham City Centre.  The site is very well located, with excellent proximity to transport links, being less than half a mile from Birmingham New Street Station and just a three-minute walk to Snow Hill Station.
