10 month facility to fund the conversion of an existing office into student accommodation in Bristol City Centre.

We have provided a £5.38 million facility to refinance existing debt utilised for the site purchase and convert an existing office space into new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), including a flat and 25 self-contained studios.

The development is situated in the heart of Bristol city centre, which is home to several leading universities. This project aims to provide housing for Bristol's substantial student population and is scheduled for completion in time for the academic intake of September 2024.
