We have provided a £7m development facility to fund the construction of 10 family homes across two sites in a sought-after location just outside the desirable town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. This development loan follows the provision of a £1.3m bridge facility, which facilitated the acquisition of the sites in 2023.

The new homes will comprise a mix of properties in an attractive rural setting within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
