The properties, comprising 36 self-contained one-bed flats and eight HMO beds need modernisation. Whilst currently tenanted, our Borrower will vacate each property and fully refurbish each unit, providing high specification finishes throughout, thus maximising market rents.
The project will enhance the functionality and appeal of the existing townhouses whilst maintaining the historical character of the Victorian buildings.
