We provided an £11m, 12 month senior land bridge facility to a regional developer with over 30 years of experience.
We helped our client with a bridge facility to provide time for various planning conditions to be met and approved on this site in an area of East Anglia earmarked for much-needed new homes. The final project will deliver 365 new-build houses, designed in a classic style with excellent finishes throughout and at affordable prices.

We provided a senior land bridge finance facility to a repeat client partnering with an investor.
We helped our client in their plans to repurpose two unused sites into over 100 new homes. This project will eventually result in 64 new homes from a warehouse site in West London, as well as 43 new homes from a car park and vacant office on the south coast.

We provided a senior land bridge finance facility to a repeat client with strong experience delivering residential schemes on brownfield sites.
We helped this client with a nine month bridge to provide time for full planning consent to be granted on a residential scheme in central Reading. The site will eventually deliver 26 new homes in an area allocated by the local council for regeneration. Over 30% of the proposed units will be allocated for affordable housing.
