We provided a £3.8m development loan to build four new 4-bedroom, 3-storey family houses in Windsor.  The 18-month ground up development facility will assist with site acquisition, demolition of the two existing houses and the development of four new family homes. 
This project will enhance an already established residential area, providing convenient family homes situated a short walk from the centre of Windsor on a quiet and leafy road.

We provided a senior development finance facility to an established property developer based in the South East.
The project was to demolish and decontaminate an abandoned petrol service station unused for over a decade. In its place our developer constructed an attractive terrace of six affordable, modern, four bedroom, three-storey houses with gardens and allocated parking spaces. The street scene and local environment were greatly improved for the benefit of all local residents.

We provided a senior development finance facility to a local property developer operating in Blackburn and Bolton.
We helped our client to convert a period schoolhouse into eight apartments, retaining the high ceilings to incorporate innovative mezzanine floors. We also funded construction of six new-build homes on the same site, opposite a recently completed residential development also funded by Atelier.
