We have partnered with an experienced developer providing a £2.2m facility to fund the transformation of a car repair garage into a development of nine new high-spec. apartments and 500 sq. ft. of commercial space. This will bring much need housing stock to Oxford in a popular residential area with good proximity to amenities and facilities.

We provided a senior development finance facility to an established property developer based in the South East.
The project was to demolish and decontaminate an abandoned petrol service station unused for over a decade. In its place our developer constructed an attractive terrace of six affordable, modern, four bedroom, three-storey houses with gardens and allocated parking spaces. The street scene and local environment were greatly improved for the benefit of all local residents.

We provided a senior development finance facility to a local property developer operating in Blackburn and Bolton.
We helped our client to convert a period schoolhouse into eight apartments, retaining the high ceilings to incorporate innovative mezzanine floors. We also funded construction of six new-build homes on the same site, opposite a recently completed residential development also funded by Atelier.
