We have provided a £3m gross loan to transform a nursing home and deliver a 38-bed purpose-built HMO in Bognor Regis. The scheme has been skillfully configured to reduce the number of occupants, and each HMO will have a private bathroom. Upon completion, the local council will lease the development.

We provided a 15-month, £2.7 million senior development facility to a seasoned property developer and repeat client based in London.
We helped bring a complex project to life at this site with the conversion of a barn into new housing and the refurbishment of a Grade II listed house. Our client also delivered a further five new houses of which all but one were made available on Help to Buy for first time buyers.

We provided a senior finance development facility to a local property developer based in Greater Manchester.
We assisted our client in converting a characterful double-fronted stone building from the 1800s into modern apartments. Retention of the previously vacant building’s sandstone features made the finished apartments an attractive proposition and ensured the heritage of the building remained intact.
