The developer is set to benefit from a Carbon & Sustainability Rebate of over £200,000, due to this ground-up project’s green and sustainable credentials, which include airtight construction technology, triple glazing, the use of sustainable materials (from Douglas Fir wood to handmade clay tiles) and ‘green roofs’ planted with meadow flowers.
