We funded the demolition and redevelopment of a former civic building into 24 energy-efficient and competitively priced one, two and three bed apartments.
We are providing a £11.1m, 22-month senior ground-up development finance facility to an experienced architect/developer.
The development is situated on a brown-field urban location that will benefit significantly from an attractive, modern and energy efficient redevelopment. The 24 apartments under construction are targeted at Londoners.
